ATC Services

GSA Schedule 70

The scope of Allied Technologies and Consulting (ATC) capabilities reaches across the broad spectrum of the military and civilian experience of its core personnel and consultants.  This experience encompasses a multitude of health care and medical research and development disciplines which are integrated with information technology and other technical consulting services.

GSA Schedule 70 is an IDIQ contract administered by the Federal Supply Service of the General Services Administration. As a GSA contractor under FSS Schedule 70, ATC provides an array of Information Technology products and services. Any agency of the U.S. Government may take advantage of Schedule 70 task orders to secure products and services in a variety of skill areas, including systems analysis, design, and installation; programming; and integrated logistics support.



Industry Relationships
ATC has a history of working with industry organizations in a symbiotic relationship to achieve synergy in the solution of client requirements. We have worked as a prime, a subcontractor, a consultant, and on an individual employee basis with small and large business entities. ATC’s management philosophy and leadership skills permit seamless integration into organizational teams to achieve customer satisfaction.


Research Plans And Program Support

ATC personnel provide management, technical review, and administrative support services to U.S. Army Medical Research and Material Command (USAMRMC). Our assigned personnel have the professional scientific, medical, financial, and management experience necessary to fully understand the mission and objectives. These services directly contribute to the success of the US Army’s medical research and development mission to provide medical solutions and information to protect, project, and sustain the health of our war fighters.


Congressional Special Interest Program Management

ATC currently provides program management and administrative support to Headquarters, USAMRMC in the review, management, and administration of Congressional actions and subsequent program manager assignments for Congressional appropriations in excess of $1.7 billion for fiscal years 05 and 06. Our expertise includes providing consulting services for the evaluation of Congressional language for Department of Defense budget authorizations and appropriations, managing, monitoring, and maintaining information that contains historical and active records of Congressional research initiatives. Our personnel support USAMRMC as the primary point of contact for Army Office of Congressional Legislative Liaison.


Medical Materiel Acquisition Support

ATC is capable of supporting Army transformation(s) in the following medical research and development areas: pharmaceutical product development, quality assurance, human use review, regulatory affairs, market investigations, writing of requests for proposals for the acquisition of supplies and services, provision of subject matter experts in several scientific disciplines, and preparation of life cycle cost estimates, independent government cost estimates and analysis of alternatives. We have supported Milestone Decision Authority In-Process Review meetings by creating, assembling, and mailing IPR packages, hosting and administratively supporting meetings, recording meeting processes and providing meeting minutes and/or proceedings.


Force Health Protection

ATC personnel Manage FHP IND protocols in accordance with Department of Army, USMRMC, The US Food and Drug Administration and ICH guidelines, policies and regulations. Coordinates IND products and related ATC activities with the Chief, FHP branch, USAMMDA, USAMMA, USAMRAA, and the USAMRMC laboratories, CBMS, FDA, contractors, manufacturers and a host of stakeholders in the program. ATC participates in the management of FHP IND stockpile in CONUS and OCONUS, regulatory requirements for FHP IND products, and the Special Mobilization Augmentation Response Team (SMART) IND equipment. It develops new contract vehicles for FHP-IND anticipated acquisition needs.


Information Technology

ATC is able to provide information technology strategic and tactical consulting to assist clients with building enterprise information systems. We can provide highly professional services in key areas including: database design and development, software application development and testing, data entry, internet web pages, e-commerce, secure systems architecture planning, and user training and networking.
